Background
Variety Children’s Charity supports children and families who are facing difficult challenges through sickness, disadvantage or living with a disability. Their work allows children to gain mobility and freedom, to get out and about in the community, to communicate, achieve independence and increase self-esteem, and where possible, assistance to help them integrate into mainstream school and activities.
Variety Children’s Charity provides support through grants for children and families for things like:
- Mobility equipment and wheelchairs.
- Communication devices and education aides.
- Medical items and services.
- Therapy services E.g. occupational, music.
Business Challenge
Variety Children’s Charity was reviewing their Stakeholder Management Systems Strategy and recognised they needed assistance with facilitating a structured and auditable CRM Evaluation Process.
CRM Evaluation Results
The charity engaged Combined Management Consultants (CMC) to conduct an independent CRM Evaluation to determine which CRM Solution and Vendor would best support the organisation moving forward. CMC worked with the business to document Variety’s Key Business Scenarios and to conduct the RFP process and Vendor Presentations.
CMC then provided CIO mentoring and technical support for Variety’s internal project manager to finalise the Due Diligence on the preferred CRM Vendor.
The organisation then proceeded to a successful CRM implementation.
