Founded in 2005, the organisation has a passion for technology and has developed a strong reputation for its technical expertise, shopping convenience, and quality customer service. It is also highly regarded by PC enthusiasts and the gaming community.
Business Challenge
The current business systems were internally developed, 10+ years old and the business was looking to implement a new fully integrated ERP, WMS and CRM to support ongoing growth, reduce manual processes and to improve efficiencies across all areas of the business.
ERP & WMS Evaluation Results
CMC was engaged to conduct an ERP and WMS Evaluation Pre-Qualification Process to determine the best solution and vendor to meet the needs of the business for the next 5 – 10 years.
CMC then facilitated an independent and auditable process that provided Mwave with clear decision points for their evaluation.
CMC conducted workshops with the Business Process Owners to define Mwave’s business and technical requirements using CMC Business Scenario Methodology. This also included a “Day in the Life Of” Business Scenario was also developed to guide the Vendor Presentations.

A Vendor Selection and Board report was prepared for the Executive and Mwave proceeded to the Design Phase with their preferred Vendor.
CMC was engaged to provide client sided Program Management and Organisational Change Management for the Design Phase.
