Brisbane Markets, South Australian Markets and Perth Markets are separate businesses that operate similar fresh product markets in 3 different states.
The 3 Markets were looking to assess whether there were synergistic opportunities between the Markets for an integrated business systems platform.
CMC was engaged to facilitate an Executive Planning Session and subsequent workshops to determine whether a Common Operating Model (COM) could be deployed across the group to meet the business and functional requirements of the 3 Markets.
All 3 Markets agreed to CMC’s recommendation which was to conduct an independent ERP Solution and Vendor Evaluation Process to determine the best solution to support future growth (tenancies) and utilise technology to operate more efficiently. The preferred solution was a fully integrated Property Management, Facilities / Asset Management and Finance System.
CMC’s Evaluation Methodology was utilised to conduct the assessment including the preparation of Key Business Scenarios, the Request for Proposal, Vendor Presentations and Due Diligence.
Brisbane Markets has retained CMC to provide CIO Services, Strategic Advice and Project Management support for their Design and Implementation Stages with the preferred Vendor.
