Brisbane Markets needed a new fully integrated ERP Solution to support future business growth.
The ERP Evaluation project aimed to achieve several key goals:
- Create a single source of truth for company information.
- Improve access to accurate information, financial transparency, and reliable reporting.
- Enhance automation, workflows, and reporting.
- Reduce risks from data entry errors.
- Minimize reliance on MS Excel spreadsheets and labor-intensive board report preparation.
- Increase efficiency, productivity, and improve processes.
- Implement a robust and flexible solution to support strategic and executive decision-making.
- Streamline current manual and paper-based processes.
- Provide ease of use and flexibility for supporting dashboards and KPIs.
ERP Evaluation Results
Brisbane Markets engaged CMC to facilitate an independent ERP Solution and Vendor Evaluation.
CMC determined the best solution to support future growth and utilize technology for more efficient operations. The preferred solution integrated Property Management, Facilities, Asset Management, and Finance Systems.
CMC utilized its Evaluation Methodology to conduct the assessment. This included:
- Preparing Key Business Scenarios
- Creating the Request for Proposal
- Organizing Vendor Presentations
- Conducting Due Diligence
Brisbane Markets retained CMC to provide ongoing CIO Services and Project Management support for the Design and Implementation Stages with the preferred ERP Vendor.
