Background

Techtronic Industries (TTI) needed to replace its outdated legacy system. The existing systems lacked data integrity and didn’t provide timely, accurate information to management or staff. TTI also needed a system capable of supporting new product lines and future growth. The company decided to implement SAP ERP.

Business Challenge

TTI faced major internal change. Senior management turnover and a large-scale relocation added pressure. The company planned to consolidate warehouse operations, requiring strong coordination. They urgently needed an experienced Project Manager to lead internal teams and ensure smooth delivery.

Results

CMC appointed a full-time Project Manager to oversee both Vendor and internal Client resources. The Project Manager led the SAP ERP implementation, managed risk, and ensured successful warehouse relocation and stock consolidation.

CMC also provided a part-time Change Management Consultant. The consultant developed a tailored Change and Training Strategy. They also coached the internal HR lead, building capability and supporting adoption across the business.

Together, these efforts ensured TTI’s new SAP ERP system was implemented effectively on time and with minimal disruption.
