Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) provides R&D, market information, and marketing support to benefit Australia’s red meat industry. At the time, the organisation was implementing SAP A1 (Financials, Project Systems, and CRM) with Supply Chain Consulting.
Business Challenge
The organisation needed an experienced client-sided SAP Project Manager to lead the SAP A1 implementation. It also recognised the need for Change Management and Transition Financial Consulting to support project success.
Results
CMC led the implementation project and delivered it on time and within budget.
CMC’s Change Management Consultant developed the Change Management Strategy and mentored the internal Change Manager.
CMC’s Finance Consultant defined business process flows and delivered SAP Financials training to prepare staff for the SAP cutover.
