Project Management – CSIRO

Background

CSIRO were in the process of amalgamating their Divisional and Corporate IT environments and introducing One IT group across the organisation.

Business Challenge

As a result of the above amalgamation, CSIRO needed to integrate their Divisional and Corporate IT structure, whilst maintaining their existing service arrangements and levels.

CMC provided a specialist Program Manager to assist in defining the One IT Project.

Results

The project was delivered and CSIRO are implementing SAP across the business in concert with the initiative.
