Background

The AISNSW began a range of projects as part of their Partnerships in Education Program which was developed to assist NSW independent schools with meeting the objectives of the Australian Government’s Students First agenda and the New South Wales Government’s Great Teaching, Inspired Learning initiative.

CMC formed a consulting partnership with the AISNSW to conduct independent Strategic IT Reviews for their member schools as part of the program.

As part of the initiative, the AISNSW wanted to offer schools a verified panel of IT vendors who could offer remediation or technical support services.

Business Challenge

CMC was engaged to conduct an Evaluation and Selection Project to establish a panel of IT Vendors that could offer schools these services.

Results

CMC’s Evaluation and Selection Methodology was used to assess suitable IT Vendors who could provide service offerings and expertise, enabling the AISNSW to provide contact details to schools requiring such services.

Requirements were documented and an RFP was prepared. CMC then facilitated a due diligence process to determine the successful Vendors. The IT Vendor Panel was confirmed and the Vendor contact details were prepared for uploading to the AISNSW web site for the member schools to access.
