IT Vendor Evaluation Background
The Association of Independent Schools NSW (AISNSW) developed the Partnerships in Education Program to help NSW independent schools meet the objectives of the Australian Government’s Students First agenda and the NSW Government’s Great Teaching, Inspired Learning initiative. As part of this program, AISNSW partnered with CMC to conduct independent Strategic IT Reviews for member schools.
AISNSW wanted to provide schools with a verified panel of IT Vendors for remediation and technical support services.
Business Requirement
AISNSW engaged CMC to run an Independent IT Vendor Evaluation. The goal was to create a panel of IT Vendors that could deliver these services to schools.
Results
CMC used its Evaluation Methodology to assess IT Vendors based on their service offerings and expertise. This enabled AISNSW to provide verified contact details to schools needing these services.
CMC documented requirements and prepared an RFP. It then ran a due diligence process to select the successful Vendors. The IT Vendor Panel was confirmed, and CMC prepared the Vendor contact details for uploading to the AISNSW website for member schools to access.
