The organisation also has a significant labour force / sub-contractor base who are focused on the delivery of telco infrastructure and construction services E.g. building and installing networks.
Business Challenge
The business aimed to implement a new fully integrated ERP system to better support its growth, reduce manual processes, and enhance workflow and efficiencies. This initiative focused on improving financial and management reporting, cost estimating, manufacturing, engineering, quality, project management and installation, performance management, and customer service.
ERP Evaluation Results
Decon engaged CMC to conduct an independent evaluation to determine the best ERP solution for future support.
CMC facilitated a Vendor Pre-Qualification process to assist in shortlisting suitable vendors and solutions. Then, CMC collaborated with the business to document Decon’s Key Business Scenarios.
CMC project-managed the RFP process, vendor presentations, and due diligence. They also provided technical advice to support the decision-making process. CMC prepared a Vendor Selection Report for the Executive.
Subsequently, Decon proceeded to implementation with the preferred vendor.
