Background

Hills was investing in innovation and expansion through strategic and complementary acquisitions. To leverage their knowledge, resources, and experience Hills would need a Common Operating Model for Sales and Distribution. Hills created the iconic “Hills Hoist” brand and now focused on delivering technology, security, and communication solutions. Their trusted environments include homes, hospitals, aged care, education, enterprise, and government sectors.

Business Challenge

Hills ran several business entities using different system platforms. The project aimed to unify all lines of business under one consistent Sales and Distribution process model.
