Background
Oracle was project managing the implementation of Order to Cash and Service Delivery modules for Cochlear. As implementation was approaching, Change Management assistance was required to scope and manage the workforce readiness activities in preparation for the rollout.
Business Challenge
Change Management expertise was urgently required to define the strategy and tasks necessary to prepare Cochlear for the implementation. Oracle’s Project Manager recommended that Cochlear utilise CMC’s Change Management expertise to address the requirement.
Results
CMC defined the Change Management Strategy on behalf of Oracle for the implementation of the Order to Cash and Service Delivery modules for Cochlear. CMC then facilitated the delivery of this strategy and supported the business through readiness assessment stages – thereby contributing to the successful implementation.
Transfer of knowledge gained was then effected to the US based rollout team.
