Business Challenge
Mwave’s current business systems, internally developed over 10 years ago, needed replacement.
The company aimed to implement a new fully integrated ERP, WMS, and CRM to support ongoing growth, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiencies across all business areas.
ERP & WMS Evaluation Results
Mwave engaged CMC to conduct an ERP and WMS Evaluation Pre-Qualification Process. This process aimed to determine the best solution and vendor to meet the business needs for the next 5 – 10 years.
CMC facilitated an independent and auditable process, providing Mwave with clear decision points for their evaluation. They conducted workshops with Business Process Owners to define Mwave’s business and technical requirements using CMC Business Scenario Methodology. This included developing a “Day in the Life Of” Business Scenario to guide Vendor Presentations.

Mwave further engaged CMC to provide client-sided Program Management and Organisational Change Management for the Design Phase.
