Background

The Australian Computer Society (ACS) were seeking an independent review of existing business systems with a view to determining the most effective way forward given significant anticipated growth.

Business Challenge

It was recognised that there could be challenges with the scalability and functional capability of existing systems and that prior to embarking on strategic growth target activities it was appropriate to ensure that the business systems could cope with the anticipated increase in volume.

Results

CMC conducted a Business Analysis and Technical Review of the back office systems to determine whether the infrastructure was suitable to support the organisation and the business user’s requirements in the future. A detailed Recommendations Report was prepared and accepted by the ACS proposing the future direction for the business systems.
