The Australian Computer Society (ACS) engaged an independent review of its existing business systems to determine the most effective way forward for its significant anticipated growth.
Business Challenge
ACS recognised that its existing systems might not scale or provide the required functionality to support its strategic growth targets. Before pursuing these targets, ACS needed to confirm that its business systems could handle the expected increase in volume.
Results
CMC analysed and reviewed ACS’s back-office systems to assess whether the infrastructure could support future organisational and business user requirements. CMC prepared a detailed Recommendations Report, which ACS accepted, outlining the proposed future direction for its business systems.
