Pace Farm, one of Australia’s largest egg producers and distributors, manages over 3 million laying hens across multiple farms and “super” farms. From its Minchinbury head office, the company coordinates national distribution to major supermarkets and retail chains.
ERP Evaluation Challenge
Pace Farm’s legacy systems and reliance on spreadsheets had become a major constraint. These outdated tools could no longer support the company’s growing operational complexity, from production and distribution to financial management and strategic planning. The business urgently needed a modern ERP solution to streamline operations, enable scalability, and support long-term growth.
ERP Project Results
