APG & Co designs, produces, and manages Australian clothing brands such as Sportscraft, SABA, and Willow. The company has strong manufacturing relationships in China. It also runs a private label division for other leading Australian retailers.
Business Challenge
The CEO wanted to review the current IT structure, roles, and processes. The goal was to plan the most effective way forward for the next 12–18 months. This review aimed to:
