A.H. Beard is a family-owned business bed manufacturing company that has been operating for over 120 years. A.H. Beard has a presence in Australia and New Zealand which services customer groups such as Harvey Norman and David Jones.
A.H. Beard ERP Challenge
A.H. Beard required a new ERP to run their business. The organisation recognised that they would need an independent ERP consulting company to facilitate a detailed evaluation process. This system needed to meet the current and future requirements of the business in the areas of BOM, Inventory Planning, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing (light) and Forecasting.
Results
CMC was engaged to facilitate and independent ERP Evaluation. A.H. Beard utilised CMC’s Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) templates and processes to identify a short list of vendors and solutions to be considered.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV was selected and implemented successfully.
