World Animal Protection is an international Not for Profit animal welfare organisation that has been in operation for over 30 years. They required CIO Services to support a number of business and technology initiatives.
Business Challenge
The organisation had a number of technology challenges and needed the assistance of an independent and experienced IT consulting company to determine the most suitable business systems and technology solutions to support them moving forward.
CIO Services Results
World Animal Protection engaged CMC to provide CIO Services. CMC reviewed the best approach for moving their CRM systems to the Cloud and negotiating costs with the vendor. CMC also provided direction and mentoring for the CRM Systems Upgrade and the Evaluation of a new IT Management Services Vendor.
CMC’s templates were used to guide the Vendor Evaluation which included the Request for Proposal, Costing Models, and Vendor Presentations.
A preferred Vendor was identified, and World Animal Protection proceeded to implementation. CMC continues to provide CIO Services on an as required basis.
