Background

Indue was moving its’ Sydney office from Pennant Hills to Chatswood and required a Project Manager to manage all aspects of the office move.  There was a very strong mandate that no productivity be lost for the development team through the transition to the new premises.

Business Challenge

The organisation was particularly keen to minimise risk associated with the move and ensure there was a detailed project plan of activities to minimise disruption to staff.

Results

CMC was engaged as the Project Manager for the Office Relocation. A Project Plan was created as well as Issue, Risk and Asset Registers. Work included detailed planning, the IT infrastructure move and cataloguing and disposal of assets.

The move was on time, under budget and with no disruption to the business.
