Background
AAMI had decided to purchase the Protagona CRM package for their Analytics and Marketing Automation Group. The team working within AAMI had minimal experience with this type of implementation, necessitating the appointment of a Project Manager from Protagona to facilitate the implementation.
Business Challenge
The adoption of Protagona’s solution for the business required the design and implementation of a data warehouse and the supporting ETL processes to load it. Various technical resources from within the AAMI IT group were responsible for designing the data model and solution architecture. The challenge that needed to be addressed prior to the solution build was to ensure that the design and its physical implementation were appropriate for the Protagona application.
Results
Protagona appointed a CMC to lead the implementation. Activities included preparing a Project Charter, QA of the proposed data model, QA of requirements analysis and coordination of the teams necessary to ensure a successful implementation.
