Background

Suncorp / GIO required the provision of ERP and Business Systems Strategy and Project Management Services in order to deliver the Project Portfolio that was required to support the business. Suncorp were looking for experienced, professional and independent organisations who could work closely with them to ensure that resource requirements in these areas were met.

Suncorp conducted a market assessment of potential suppliers; short listed a five supplier panel and awarded Panel Membership to those suppliers that qualified for the provision of ERP and Business Systems Strategy and Project Management Services.

Business Challenge

Suncorp were working on many large scale projects and implementing a standardised framework for effective delivery. Additionally, existing business processes around IT were streamlined to standardise Suncorp and GIO business and IT processes and to deliver cost savings and efficiencies as a result.

Experienced CMC Project Managers, Strategic Consultants and Change Leadership Practitioners were engaged for focused assignments to ensure that project delivery effectiveness was maximised.
