Riverina Fresh is a 100% Australian owned dairy company. The organisation partners with a small group or 20 dairy farmers in the Riverina region to supply premium mild to supermarkets and cafes. They were planning a rollout of their existing Pronto and Ordermentum ERP system to replace some legacy systems in their two Sydney locations.
The key team members involved in the prior Melbourne rollout were available to support the Sydney rollout activities.
Business Challenge
The Riverina Fresh Management team wanted to ensure a successful implementation in Sydney. An experienced Project Manager from CMC was engaged to minimise risk and guide the team through the rollout process.
Existing integrations between Pronto and Ordermentum were leveraged for the Sydney operations with a high focus on maintaining customer order flows.
ERP Project Management Results
CMC’s Project Manager worked with the Riverina Fresh and Ordermentum teams to confirm the tasks and activities to underpin the implementation, including a strong focus on data conversion, training, and acceptance testing. The business in Sydney went live as planned with no notable go-live issues.
Hypercare was provided for 4 weeks to ensure the system was fully embedded and there was an effective transition for all staff.
