Background
Riverina Fresh sought ERP Project Management support to roll out Pronto Xi and Ordermentum, replacing legacy systems at their two Sydney locations.
Riverina Fresh, a 100% Australian-owned dairy company, partners with a small group of 20 dairy farmers in the Riverina region. They supply premium milk products to supermarkets and cafes.
Business Challenge
Riverina Fresh management aimed to ensure a successful implementation in Sydney. They engaged an experienced Project Manager from CMC to minimize risk and guide the team through the rollout process.
The team leveraged existing integrations developed in Melbourne between Pronto and Ordermentum for the Sydney operations, focusing heavily on maintaining customer order flows.
Project Management Results
CMC’s Project Manager collaborated with the Riverina Fresh and Ordermentum teams to confirm tasks and activities underpinning the implementation. They placed a strong focus on data conversion, training, and acceptance testing.
The Sydney business went live as planned without notable issues.
The team provided Hypercare for 4 weeks to ensure full system embedding and effective transition for all staff.
Following the successful ERP implementation, Riverina Fresh requested CMC to facilitate the Evaluation of an EDI Platform to support the business.
After selecting an EDI Vendor, CMC provided Project Management for the EDI Rollout to Coles, Woolworths, and ALDI.
