Background
Poulos Bros are one of Sydney’s leading seafood suppliers to the wholesale market. They acquired a packaged distribution system in the late 1980’s which was implemented and operational shortly thereafter.
The company decided to implement a new distribution package and needed assistance to achieve their data migration objectives
Business Challenge
Poulos required some specialist application consulting and business analysis to prepare for the migration to the new ERP system. CMC were requested to perform the analysis to determine the most effective data extracts for the migration process and then to code the extracts.
Results
CMC provided advice and consulting to Poulos Bros on an as required basis, working with the Managing Director and Financial Controller to assess opportunities for improvement, as well as the potential for taking advantage of new technologies from time to time. All data extracts were defined, coded and tested in preparation for the implementation.
