Business Challenge

Waco Kwikform was using many business applications that were not integrated. These spanned across Waco Kwikform, Star Scaffolding, and United Scaffolding Group (NZ). Manual processes and disparate reporting systems constrained the business. Waco needed to transform operations for growth.

They required a detailed review of their systems and IT operations. This review would assess process effectiveness and future support capabilities. It aimed to identify gaps in existing systems and improve business processes.

ERP & IT Strategy Results

CMC reviewed Waco Kwikform’s IT and Business Systems. They prepared a Strategic Information Systems Plan (SISP) for the next 3 – 5 years.

CMC used their ERP & IT Strategy Methodology, including discovery, interviews, and analysis. The ERP & IT Strategy provided a roadmap with 14 business and technology workstreams.

CMC identified key priorities, timelines, and required resources. This plan aimed to support business goals and provide a foundation for future technology.

Waco Kwikform wanted to increase profitability and improve operations. They aimed to better measure, monitor, and manage projects and assets. The focus shifted from manual tasks to technology support.

Waco Kwikform implemented CMC’s recommendations at a timeline that the business could support alongside other business-as-usual activities.
