Business Challenge
King recognised that their current systems were no longer supporting their accounting, inventory and payroll requirements and they were seeking advice on replacement integrated solutions.
Results
CMC were engaged to conduct an ERP Evaluation. After a brief evaluation assessment, King made the decision to enter a scoping phase with Enprise Solutions, a leading specialist provider of solutions based on the MYOB EXO software platform, including Payroll and detailed integration to their in house POS Retail system.
CMC project managed the implementation of Payroll and the new ERP for the business.
