NRMA had separated from IAG and were starting an Analytics and CRM project to provide key marketing information on which the new business could make their strategic decisions.
The project included scoping of requirements and the definition of a solution. This was determined to be of a sufficiently critical nature to require the role of external Quality Assurance (QA).
The Scoping Document, Project Plan, Functional Requirements and Data Model were reviewed by CMC’s Strategic Consultant and the recommendations were implemented.
Once the project definition was complete, the delivery responsibility was handed over to IAG’s IT department to manage.
