Background
Orlando Wyndham (now Pernod Ricard Pacific) was implementing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, a solution within the Oracle applications suite. The implementation was being managed by a small consulting firm in Adelaide.
Business Challenge
Pernod Ricard had a requirement for an additional Training Manager to assist in building the remaining training materials, conducting the training and coordinating all training related activities. Some Change Management activities were also required.
Results
CMC’s experienced JD Edwards’ trainer familiar with UPK was engaged in Adelaide. Training documentation using UPK was developed and training delivered in accordance with the requirements. Change Management activities were also conducted as directed by the Management Team.
