Background

Optus Consulting was a service group providing IT consulting services to Optus business units.

Business Challenge

CMC was engaged to formulate an eBusiness strategy for Optus Consulting. The business driver for this assignment was the need to ensure that Optus Consulting personnel were in the best possible position to address this growing area of need for their clients. The focus was to leverage customer consulting services in the eBusiness space.

Results

A CMC eBusiness specialist was appointed to lead the initiative. CMC worked with the Optus Consulting management team to devise and create the eBusiness strategy for the consulting group.

The eBusiness strategy was delivered to Optus Consulting and walk throughs conducted for consultants within the team.
