Background

Maralow is a transport company primarily providing services to a single major client. The client had decided to conduct an evaluation and selection process for their freight partners focussing on standardised work practices and visibility of policies and processes being conducted by their business.

Business Challenge

Maralow did not have all of their business and related processes fully documented in accordance with current requirements, nor were there sufficient policies in place for evolving requirements such as OH&S.

The business has a small management team who were not well positioned to address the tender document in terms of providing the detailed templates and process documents.

Results

CMC provided collateral in terms of standardised process document templates and worked with Maralow’s management team to guide and QA the preparation and delivery of the required documentation.

Maralow satisfied the evaluation and selection criteria of their client and have been offered an agreement to continue providing freight and related service under the new model.
