Background

Hutchison Telecoms have been working to improve a number of processes around Release Management and Quality Assurance that were not seen as optimal from either a delivery or quality perspective. Logica CMG was engaged to assist Hutchison Telecoms in defining the test processes and methodologies appropriate to more effective release delivery.

Hutchison Telecoms requested CMC to provide methodology consulting to the Logica and Hutchison teams.

Business Challenge

An experienced Test Consultant was required to provide guidance to the Logica and Internal team. CMC’s Collaborative Risk Based Testing (CRBT) Methodology was used as the foundation for the process change.

Results

CMC’s Test Methodology (CRBT) process and template documents were utilised to define and review existing processes and methods as well as to assist in defining improved work flows from requirement definition through to implementation.
