Background

The Hardex organisation following a merger with Nash Merchants were transforming their business operations into the Mitre 10 distribution model and branding. It was necessary to conduct a review of existing systems and processes with the view to rationalising complexities and determining a future direction.

Business Challenge

The organisation was operating on a heavily modified legacy system and wanted to implement a streamlined solution better able to support the current and future needs of the business.

Results

An application was selected to replace the existing systems. CMC were involved in the migration and support which was handed over to the in-house team at the conclusion of the project.
