Atkinson Vinden are a well-established, successful and growing law firm based in Sydney. The organisation has been in business for over 35 years focusing on personal law including estate planning, wills and probate, buying and selling property, family law, will disputes and family provision, unfair dismissal and other employment issues.
Atkinson Vinden required some independent advice and guidance to assess, evaluate and transition their business from their existing IT service provider to a new organisation that was better able to support the business into the future.
CMC conducted a number of interviews with management and key stakeholders to understand the IT services and support that would be required to address and accommodate future strategies, anticipated business growth and improved efficiencies in the work place. CMC then went to the market for an assessment of suitable Vendors. This included the following stages:

- Requirements Documentation
- Preparation of a Request for Proposal
- Scoring and Ranking of Vendor Responses
- Short List and Vendor Presentations
- Due Diligence Plan and Reference Checks
Atkinson Vinden decided on the Vendor they wanted to proceed with and the transition to the new Vendor was project managed in-house.
