Background

Acumen was awarded a major assignment to design and manage the testing for one of their client’s major development initiatives. The client, a leading multinational vehicle manufacturer, was building a bespoke system to more effectively manage their business.

Business Challenge

Acumen needed to deliver an innovative, effective and economical approach to the testing assignment.

Results

CMC provided its Collaborative Risk Based Testing (CRBT) Methodology to Acumen and their client. CMC worked with Acumen to develop the Test Strategy and Plans as well as to establish the test management foundation and template standards. CMC continued to provide ongoing support, QA and guidance to Acumen’s Test Manager throughout this challenging project.
